 National HVAC and Controls Service provider partners with PRI to find a VP- HVAC Sales for their Florida and Alabama area operations.

DYNAMIC, FUN and growing national Industrial and Commercial HVAC service company has a position for an “Roll up your sleeves sales leader” to manage ALL sales branch operations and a team of PROJECT AND PMA SERVICE SALES Professionals.

What is a “Roll up your Sleeves Sales Leader? Simply put its someone who is good at working with HVAC Commercial Sales people and possess excellent understanding of the business as well as proven mentoring and training abilities within the industry.  This is NOT A NOT FOR A DESK DRIVER!

Our Sales Leader will have a background in HVAC (as a Commercial / Industrial HVAC/Controls Sales Person) and will have had experience selling HVAC mechanical systems and at least some exposure to automation control systems.
This person will also possess the ability to offer support and training to sales people and answer customer questions. Knowledge of all building HVAC systems and strong customer facing presence is also very important to this role.
Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3+ years in a supervisory role leading a team of field COMMERCIAL Sales professionals in the COMMERCIAL HVAC/building controls industry.
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree (Preferred degree in Mechanical Engineering)
  • Four years of direct sales experience in the HVAC Industry.
  •     PROVEN track record of mentoring and supporting successful sales teams
  • Performs the client visits and engages in ride-a-longs with sales team members to help close new business opportunities.
  • Oversee and manage operating budget and sales plan.
  • Track record of leading a team and experience with hiring, mentoring, training and supporting industry sales field professionals.
  • Basic computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel programs.
  • Did we mention excellent customer service skills?

Compensation:
Base pay $125,000 Base comp + Bonus and commission with a company vehicle pay program and an amazing benefits plan listed below.- This is a $200K a year position.
